Every story on this site started somewhere: a memory, a moment, a life someone was brave enough to put into words. I know how hard that first step can be, because I've lived it myself, writing my own memoir, Timing.
I specialize in helping people write about the profound turning points, such as moving. We can frame a story on why you migrated, what you found when you arrived, and where that choice has led you. Maybe it was another experience that shifted your life, and we can shape that into a story as well.
Some people want to write these stories themselves, with guidance. Others want to talk them out loud and have someone else shape them. All are powerful ways to preserve your journey. Here's how we can work together.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, noted below. Additional rounds beyond what's included are $75 for the first extra round, and $100 for each round after that.

Every format above can be done entirely by voice instead of by typing, at your pace, in whatever order your memories surface. Many people find they share more deeply and honestly when talking rather than writing.

Two more ways to preserve a story: a third-person account for a parent, grandparent, or friend who can't or won't write it themselves, priced the same as the Short Story formats above, or a professionally recorded audio reading of your finished story, a meaningful keepsake for those who'd rather listen than read.
